Comfort Inn Denver Downtown

Excellent downtown hotel. Compulsory valet parking and $20 fee.

Very good location, lobby was nice, rooms were small and a little outdated, but this is a renovated hotel. Breakfast was terrible.

The elevator was noisy, the room was very small. The chair at the desk was blocking the walk way. I reserved a king room and got a double. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The shower would surge hot then cold repeatably. The room was cold and I was unable to turn up the heat. ...read more

I wouldn't stay at this hotel again even for the price. The staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was better than expected but the beds were so hard, you could hear if anyone in the hotel flushed a toilet. The closet had bubbly moldy paint, the shower flushed from super hot to really cold and then back to super hot. You could hear the service elevator like a freight train going up and down literally all night long. The regular elevator was ridiculously slow and would stop at every floor even if there was no one waiting. We were on the 14th floor, I couldn't imagine staying higher up and how long it would take just to get to the lobby. Friendly and efficient staff. Great hotel room, clean, nice and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and delicious.
